Ryan Martin is a founder, entrepreneur, and operator with more than 15 years of experience building and growing privately owned businesses and real estate ventures. His work is rooted in ownership, operations, and long-term thinking—not theory or financial engineering.

Ryan’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 with a simple goal: create freedom through building real businesses that provide value, stability, and opportunity. Raised around real estate and influenced by more than 40 years of family experience in the industry, he learned early that strong fundamentals, integrity, and relationships matter more than shortcuts or hype.

Over the years, Ryan has owned, operated, and worked alongside a wide range of businesses—learning firsthand what it takes to start, grow, and sustain companies through both opportunity and challenge. That experience was later complemented by several years working with large private equity groups, where he gained insight into scale, acquisitions, capital deployment, and exit-driven strategies.

While that exposure added perspective and discipline, it also reinforced a personal conviction: businesses are more than transactions. Behind every company are real people, families, and communities. Ryan ultimately chose a path that blends institutional-level discipline with a more human, relationship-driven approach to building long-term value.

Ryan founded Martin Investment Co. to reflect that belief. Today, he remains actively involved alongside a highly skilled team and trusted partners—working closely with founders, operators, and investors to help businesses grow, stabilize, and thrive. His focus is on alignment, clarity, and shared success, believing that the best outcomes are created when everyone involved wins.
