The residence features a massive chef’s kitchen, custom built-ins throughout, three fireplaces, a private home gym, dedicated office, and a reinforced safe room. Outdoor living was prioritized with over 2,000 square feet of screened-in space, a resort-style pool shaded by mature oaks, and a custom bonfire gathering area — creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Groovy Goat

Bougie Buffalo
Located in Miramar Beach, Florida, the home spans over 5,000 square feet and was purpose-built for high-end group stays. It features a resort-style private pool and spa, expansive indoor-outdoor living areas, and a signature rooftop deck that adds both experiential value and revenue-driving appeal.
Every element — from layout optimization to finish selections — was strategically developed to maximize guest satisfaction, premium rate positioning, and long-term asset performance. As with all of our projects, Bougie Buffalo was fully designed and constructed in-house, ensuring complete control over quality, efficiency, and execution.
Funky Flamingo
With a relaxed yet upscale aesthetic, the home features beautiful natural wood finishes, custom-built bunk rooms, a café-style coffee bar, and a fully equipped game room. Outdoor living was thoughtfully integrated with screened-in gathering areas, along with a private pool and spa — because in Florida, year-round outdoor enjoyment isn’t optional, it’s expected.
Behind the playful design is a highly intentional layout engineered for group functionality, guest flow, and premium nightly rates. As with each of our projects, Funky Flamingo was fully designed and built by our team, ensuring every detail supports both experiential luxury and long-term performance as a high-demand rental asset.
Diamond Oasis
Spanning over 4,500 square feet, the home features a private pool and spa, a dedicated game room, and thoughtfully curated living spaces that balance statement design with comfort. The aesthetic was intentionally powerful yet inviting — creating a memorable experience that resonated strongly with both buyers and short-term rental guests.
The result was a high-demand property that proved the value of thoughtful risk-taking, strong branding, and disciplined execution. Diamond Oasis stands as an example of how collaboration, clear vision, and performance-driven development can come together to produce a standout asset.
Lazy Magnolia
Built as a fully managed, start-to-finish project, the clients entrusted us to execute the entire vision — and did not see the property in person until completion. The result exceeded expectations. Delivered turnkey and rental-ready, the home features a private pool, golf cart access, and a prime location just minutes from the beach.

As one of our earliest large-scale design and build projects, Sun Kiss’d helped establish the development principles we continue to refine today — strong locations, intentional layouts, and timeless interiors that support sustained rental performance.
