A Major Success

Travel Life Vacations

Founded in 2020, Travel Life Vacations was created through the merger of The Destin Beach Houses (est. 2010) and Crystal Beach Rentals (est. 2014). The company grew into a modern boutique luxury property management firm, overseeing more than $100M in high-end short-term rental real estate along Florida’s Emerald Coast. In 2024, the business was successfully sold to a locally based investor group in the vacation rental management space, where it continues to expand rapidly and outperform the competition.

Founded in 2016, the Golf Cart Rental Company was established to directly support the growing demands of the short-term rental and property management portfolio. Designed to ensure every managed home was equipped with a golf cart for guest use, the fleet expanded rapidly alongside the company’s real estate growth. As operations scaled, the business became an integrated extension of the broader platform. It was ultimately merged into Travel Life Vacations and sold alongside it in 2024, and now operates under the acquiring parent organization.

Martin Development Co.

Founded in 2013, Martin Development Co. marked the shift from purchasing homes to developing them from the ground up—specifically designed to maximize performance in the vacation rental market. By engineering floor plans for efficiency, guest experience, and revenue optimization, the company quickly expanded from building for its own portfolio to developing for private clients.

The firm provides full start-to-finish development services, including floor plan design, permitting, construction oversight, pool installation, project management, finish and material selection, financing coordination, and optional full interior design and furnishing. Properties are delivered fully completed and rental-ready, with seamless transition into management when applicable.

Following its success in the short-term rental sector, the company expanded into custom primary residences and estate homes.
